ZTE Light (Android Tablet)
ZTE didn’t exactly manage to impress with its low-cost ZTE Racer Android handset, but the company’s now back with yet another Android device: The 7-inch ZTE Light Tab.
Not a ton in the way of surprises here, as you might expect, but the tablet does cover all the basics with Android 2.1, WiFi and 3G connectivity, built-in GPS, an SD card slot for expansion, and a promised ten hours of battery life – along with what appears to be a custom Android skin.
No word on pricing just yet, but the tablet is apparently now on display at the Beijing Exhibition and should be launching soon.
Well you have the 7-inch transflective TFT screen. Not a capacitive one, which registers temperature-changes, a big change for me as a Samsung Galaxy S owner.
Beautifully boxed, very similar to a design of another company, which currently is suing Samsung for copy infringements. Wired headset, charger and a 2GB Micro SD memory card. The device supports up to 32gb memory-cards.
ZTE Light Android Tab comes with a screen width of 7 inches and a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels with 8 gigabytes of memory capacity.
Entertainment features available on these tablets include dual 3-megapixel camera that can be enlarged up to five times, CMOS sensor, 3.5-millimeter audio output jacks, and audio channel Dolby Stereo sound.
For communication needs, the Zte Light tablet can be run on 900/1800 MHz GSM cellular networks, UMTS 2100 MHz, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps and 5.76 Mbps HSUPA.
